The Digital Skillshift project carried out a detailed Context Analysis in the spring of 2019 to explore the specific needs for the curriculum and to identify the best approach to delivery. The Digital SkillShift Context Analysis Final Report is attached here. It goes into detail about a survey with employers and a significant amount of desk research that was carried out. The primary findings were that the curriculum should focus on online working tools and practices, and build a curriculum that would enable learners to gain experience and a range of skills in digital productivity tolls that are in need by a wide cross section of employers. This context analysis report would contribute significantly to the next phase of the project, the development of the Curriculum.
