The Digital Skillshift project has now completed and the Digital Skillshift Final Evaluation Report is available here to read. The report was produced by Geneva-based Ynternet and summarises the key points from the evaluation as well as going into detail about the methodology and findings of the various surveys – an employers survey, a pre-training survey, a post-training survey and a longitudinal survey. The Evaluation Report explores in details the findings of the surveys and the demographics of the users as well as making recommendations for future training. The report also looks at the view point of some of the trainers involved and includes case studies from some of the learners.
