The project is supported by JPMorgan Chase Foundation, and will be delivered by ALL DIGITAL (AD) which represents networks of digital competence, ICT learning, adult education centres and libraries across Europe. In these places adults can access the Internet and learn the latest digital skills. ALL DIGITAL will work with:

Stiftung Digitale Chancen (SDC) (Digital Opportunities Foundation) – Berlin, Germany. SDC was set up in 2002 as a continuation of a digital inclusion project of the University of Bremen and AOL Germany. Its main remit is to ensure digital opportunities for all.

Fondazione Patrizio Paoletti (FPP) – Rome, Italy. FPP implements projects for children and educational courses for people who work in the field of education.

Simplon.co is network of social digital factories in France and internationally. Simplon.co have trained more than 3000 trainees in the digital sector since 2013.
